A career built at the intersection of the public and private sectors.

Francine built her career at the intersection of the public and private sectors. Trained in Dakar, she worked as a strategy consultant at Dalberg Advisors on agricultural value chains, financial inclusion, gender and youth employment. She went on to manage multi-country programmes at the International Labour Organization in Geneva, then built in Dakar the investment vehicle behind the first fund dedicated to women-led businesses in Francophone West Africa.

Holder of a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Science & Analytics (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics, a Chevening Scholar, she graduated with distinction from the University of Glasgow. Recognized by the Tropics Magazine 500 and a Mandela Washington Fellow, she led mandates for international organizations before founding Passerelle, convinced that professional English fluency and strategic rigour are, each in their own right, levers of leadership.
