Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
Passerelle collects data in two distinct contexts:
- Getting in touch: when you write to us through the site (the "Book a scoping call" button or a direct email link), we receive whatever information you choose to share in that email (name, contact details, context for your request).
- Participating in a coaching program: if your organization engages us, cohort participants use internal coaching tools (simulator, interactive exercises). Results from these exercises are recorded to allow the coach to track progress, and are accessible only to her.
Cookies and trackers
joinpasserelle.com does not currently use any tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. If that changes, this page will be updated before any such tool is activated, with details on what is used and how to opt out where applicable.
How long we keep your data
Data related to an inquiry is kept for as long as needed to respond and, where applicable, for the duration of the resulting business relationship. Progress results for coaching participants are kept for the duration of the program and a reasonable period afterward, for follow-up purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- access the data we hold about you
- correct it if inaccurate
- delete it
